Project Value

$820 million

Description

The Warrell Creek to Nambucca Heads section of the Pacific Highway involved the upgrade of 19 kilometres of highway to a four lane dual carriageway.  The project involved large bridges over the Nambucca river and Warrell Creek along with several new interchanges to allow safer access to the highway for local communities and a 14 kilometre bypass around the town of Macksville. RoadNet was engaged by Pacifico (Principal Contractor) as the temporary works design consultant for this project from inception to completion. The role required the design of all highway and local road temporary alignments, temporary stormwater drainage design and traffic analysis.
